Brian Scheuzger // Senior Project Architect

Brian is a licensed architect with over twenty-five years of experience in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects – from municipal, healthcare, corporate, recreational, and hospitality buildings to single-family residences and multi-family housing structures.  Brian has worked in all phases of the architectural design process, from programming and schematics to construction documents and administration.  Brian enjoys working on any size project and discovering the inherent creative aspects within the building, the site, and the owner’s wants and needs.  He is a hands-on problem solver and is passionate about making things. Brian is licensed in Maine, Florida, Connecticut, and Illinois.

Amanda Scheuzger // Design Professional

Amanda has over twenty years of experience in a large range of residential and commercial projects.  Since receiving a Master of Architecture Degree from Ohio State University, she has worked on educational, senior housing, single-family and multi-family residences in all aspects of the design process.  Amanda strengths include design and technical drawing, figuring out the details, and discovering the variety of challenges that each unique project brings.  She finds it rewarding when people can experience and enjoy the built result of the whole collaborative process.

Marcelo Landaeta // Design Professional

Marcelo has over fifteen years of experience in both residential and commercial design.  Prior to moving to Maine, he worked as a steel detailer and electrical drafter in his hometown of Santiago, Chile.  Since his move to Maine, Marcelo has pursued his passion of design.  He has had the opportunity to work on single and multi-family projects, special needs housing and schools, as well as small and large commercial projects.  He is a musician with an appreciation for all arts, which fosters to his efficiency, attention to detail, and overall aesthetic and appreciation of design.

Jim Reben // 3-D Renderer

Jim Reben is a 3-D digital artist and drafting specialist with over a decade of experience in the field.  Jim’s photo-realistic renderings— from trade-show booths and nautical hardware to high-end residences and multi-million dollar commercial structures—bring client’s visions to life.  He has worked on projects in the fields of healthcare, corporate, hospitality, judicial, education, as well as traditional and contemporary residential.  Jim enjoys the energy in the studio and thrives on seeing good designs come alive in the three-dimensional world.

Ashley Stewart // Executive Assistant // Studio Manager

Ashley’s primary role is executive assistant to Eric Allyn. She serves as his direct extension and provides vital support to him as well as the entire team.

In her managerial role, Ashley oversees the daily functions of the studio and staff, including writing proposals, drafting invoices, and managing correspondence. Ashley’s drive is sparked by the camaraderie of her studio family and their passion and dedication to each client as every project evolves from a mere idea to a built reality.

Mary Catherine Ingraham // Accounts Manager

MC has worked with clients throughout the region for the last thirty years. Her roots are in Midcoast Maine for the last seven generations, and her love for her business is based on the opportunity for entrepreneurship that this area encourages and expects. Her father, who bought and sold real estate in Maine, taught her the importance of family and asked her to go into business with him. From there, her love of numbers, which she saw as the backbone of any business, grew. This passion is obvious in her interaction with her clients, whom she chooses based on their enthusiasm for their ideas and their ability to create and develop successful businesses.
